- NIOSH Approved Spirometry
- This course is designed for persons who will conduct lung function testing. Successful completion of this course will satisfy NIOSH and OSHA training requirements for testing persons exposed to cotton dust, asbestos, and other workplace exposures.
- Refresher - Update
- Refresher testing is recommended by the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses (AAOHN), American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM), National Institute of Health (NIH), and the American Thoracic Society (ATS). This helps ensure that persons who perform spirometry testing learn new information regarding changes in test procedures, review new protocols, and have the opportunity to discuss problems not foreseen during initial training.
- Spirometry for Physicians
- A special one day course designed for the physician. This comprehensive one day course will provide the physician the tools needed to correctly interpret spirometry test results, evaluate test quality, and learn new methods to identify significant changes in lung function with time.
